• Visits by consulting general physicians for routine health checkups and general wellness guidance.

3. Emergency Medical Protocols

In the event of a sudden medical emergency, acute illness, cardiac event, stroke, severe trauma, or deterioration requiring intensive medical treatment:

• Our staff will immediately provide basic first-aid stabilization.
• We will immediately arrange transfer/ambulance transport to the nearest suitable hospital or the family's preferred medical center.
• The resident’s designated emergency contacts and family members will be notified immediately.
• All specialized hospital treatment, surgical expenses, diagnostic tests, and hospitalization charges are the responsibility of the resident’s family or legal guardian.
